We liaise and work closely with carers to ensure that our client receives best care to meet their individual needs.
We also offer specialised Rehabilitation for Musculoskeletal post-operative conditions like after joint replacements (hip and knee), spinal surgeries or for patients who need further Rehabilitation after discharged from Hospital. Once you feel well-enough to travel after Rehabilitation at home, we can always transfer your care to clinic-based Appointments.
